- Salary: £38,290.90 per annum
- Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, hybrid working)

About the Role
To support the Income Excellence Lead in developing service improvements that enhance income management and collection rates across Riverside’s social housing and homeowner debt recovery processes nationwide. Includes managing arrears (current and former tenants) and other financial obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Development & Best Practice:
- Lead on service innovations to maximise revenue for Riverside
- Use -income & customer data to identify trends, recommend resource allocation, and deliver performance commentary
- Implement digital solutions to optimise collections and support tenancy sustainability

Stakeholder & Project Management:
- Act as subject matter expert in income management, fostering strong internal & external relationships
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance against targets for arrears and corporate objectives
- Support Managers & Leaders in project prioritisation, resource allocation, and process improvement

Process & Systems Enhancement:
- Regularly review colleague guides, procedures, and performance metrics to initiate improvements
- Develop systems/data frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
About You
- Essential Requirements:
- Up-to-date knowledge of social housing legislation, welfare reforms, and Universal Credit
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
- Proven stakeholder engagement (internal/external) and conflict management
- Fluent in MS365 and income collection software
- Customer-focused mindset aligned with Riverside Values
