Services Director

West Yorkshire
£80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Holiday

Confidential Executive Opportunity

An ambitious, privately owned UK manufacturing and workplace solutions business is entering one of the most exciting periods in its history.

Following significant investment in its operating model and leadership structure, the business is transforming from a traditional manufacturer into a fully integrated workplace solutions provider, combining manufacturing excellence with project delivery, installation, design, and managed services.

To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced Services Director to lead and transform a national service operation that sits at the heart of customer delivery.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages KPIs. We're looking for an operational leader who enjoys being close to the business, building high-performing teams, improving commercial performance, and creating scalable service operations that delight customers while delivering profitable growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Board and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of the complete service operation across:

  • National Installation
  • Project Delivery
  • Programme Management
  • Design & Space Planning
  • Logistics & Distribution
  • Regional Service Hubs
  • Service Engineering
  • Subcontractor & Partner Network

Leading a sizeable multi-disciplinary team, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially, and to exceptional quality standards, whilst driving continuous operational improvement across every stage of the customer journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
