Job Opportunity at T H WHITE Dairy

T H WHITE Dairy is a leading DeLaval dealer supporting dairy farms across the south of England with advanced milking technologies, including robotic milking systems, parlours, cooling and related dairy equipment. We are looking for a practical, customer-focused engineer to join our Attleborough depot and build a specialist career in modern agricultural engineering.

No previous dairy engineering experience is required. We are keen to hear from engineers with transferable skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics or refrigeration who want to move into a highly specialised and modern area of agriculture. Full product and specialist training will be provided.

Following an extensive training period, you will be based from our Attleborough depot and will be responsible for the installation, servicing, repair and breakdown response of automated milking equipment and milking plant across the East of England. This is a field-based role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work with market-leading dairy technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
