You will play a key role in a dynamic, growing Service Department covering the North of England, working as part of an excellent team of people in a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to work with TECS, Fire, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Fielding reactive repair call-outs and performing preventative maintenance.
- Maintain safe and secure work environments in line with Company Policy and procedures whilst also ensuring client confidentiality is maintained.
- Provide excellent client installation to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with TECS, Fire, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision.
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and anticipate the needs of the client.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Experience and certification with leading integrated Fire & Security systems, with an understanding of networking.
- Hold a valid ECS / CSCS card to enable site work, preferred but not essential.
- Hold an IPAF & PASMA certificate/card preferred, but not essential.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
