Role Overview

You will ensure the safety of passengers by safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units.
What You’ll Do
On a typical day, you will:
- Perform routine service checks on multiple units across the site, recording and escalating your findings to the field manager.
- Act as the face of the business, often providing updates to clients about work completed.
- Respond to sudden breakdowns, collaborating with both passengers and clients to provide a technical solution.
- Carry out minor repairs.

To be successful, you will need:
- An NVQ Level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair.
- A full driver’s license.
- At least 24 months of relevant experience in the elevator sector.
- Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- A commitment to safety as your top priority.
- The ability to communicate effectively with others.
- A curious and adaptable mindset—work independently or collaboratively.
- Comfort using electronic and digital tools.
