System Support Engineers x2
PLC/SCADA - SERVICE OR MAINTENANCE BACKGROUND ESSENTIAL
£35-40k Basic - Earn in excess of £55k+
Enhanced Overtime Rate + On call Allowance £3.5k

This is an exciting chance for Two System Support Engineers to join a rapidly growing systems integration business that has increased turnover from £3M to £15M in just three years. Working across a portfolio of bespoke infrastructure projects throughout the UK, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers' automation and control systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
The Role
From fault-finding and preventative maintenance through to system upgrades and customer support, this varied role offers the opportunity to get involved in:
- Providing technical support to customers, responding to system issues and minimising downtime
- Diagnosing and resolving complex automation and control system faults
- Carrying out routine inspections, system audits and preventative maintenance activities
- Supporting the continuous operation and reliability of PLC, SCADA and HMI systems
- Implementing system modifications, upgrades and performance improvements
- Providing training and technical guidance to end users and support personnel
- Supporting infrastructure projects across multiple UK sites
- Working closely with customers to deliver effective technical solutions
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of installed control systems

You'll also need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK as required

Interested?
Based on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border, this role would be commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Ripley, Loughborough and surrounding areas.
The position involves approximately 40% office-based work and 60% site-based project support, including occasional night shifts and participation in a 1-in-8 rota covering a dedicated customer contract. Flexibility to travel is essential for this position. A great opportunity to join an expanding business offering progression.
