If you are a HVAC Service Engineer (domestic), then I can almost guarantee that this role, company and package will interest you.
The package?
- £45,000 - 50,000 basic salary (£60,000+ OTE)
- Guaranteed monthly bonus - averages from £550 - 1700 (uncapped)
- Company Van + fuel card
- Only have to travel within a 25 mile radius (offices in Pangbourne and Sunninghill - Berkshire)
- Continuous improvement (paid for courses/qualifications) + Private Healthcare + Employee benefit scheme (gym memberships and vouchers) etc

The company?
Based on the outskirts of Reading, and established for 20+ years already, this domestic HVAC installer (and service) are a regional leader and have doubled the revenue in the last 2 years (multi-millions) whilst gaining 2000+ 5 star reviews online for their Heat Pump & Boiler work. They are now opening a 2nd location / branch due to their expansion + pipeline.

Experience?
Someone with strong customer communication skills and a strong level of service experience in either boilers or/and Heat Pumps.
Ideally you will have Gas Safe or/and Level 3 Heat Pump qualifications - if not, then the company will put you through them
