£40,000-£45,000 + OTE 60K + door-to-door pay + callout bonus + overtime + funded qualifications
Location: Crawley (covering local patch including Redhill, Croydon, Horsham, and Epsom areas)
Are you a Service Engineer from a pump background, looking to join a well-established supplier of major pump brands, with ample overtime and door-to-door pay to maximise your earnings?
In this role, you will:
- Travel to customer sites within your local patch
- Repair, service, install, and replace water, sewage, heat, and chiller pumps for commercial buildings
- Work for a trusted supplier of leading pump brands such as Grundfos, Wilo, Xylem, and Dab
This company is one of the largest independent distributors in the UK, founded over 20 years ago. They are rapidly expanding and seeking to grow their engineering team significantly by 2028.

This role would suit a Service Engineer specialising in pumps who are looking for an opportunity in a fast-growing company with opportunities to maximise earnings through overtime.
The Role
- Repairing, servicing, and installing water, sewage, and heat pumps
- Travelling to customer sites to deliver services
- Callout rota: 1 in 6 weeks
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (42.5 hours/week)
About the Person
We are looking for a Service Engineer with:
- A background in pump engineering (essential)
- Experience in repair, service, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial/capital pumps
