Here's what you can do for us:
- Preparation, planning and conduction of services for/on our separation machines and systems with focus on UK and globally:
- Commissioning
- Maintenance
- Troubleshoots
- Interventions
- Remote Supports
- Trainings
- Planning the required tools and equipment
- Active support in service sales - spare and wear parts as well as service agreements.
- Conducting deep-dives on complex errors and improvement potentials
- Creation of:
- Service Reports
- Commissioning Protocols
- Action Plans
- Time Sheets
- Customer communication and consultation

You bring with you:
- Degree in engineering or technical education specialized in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Professional experience as Service engineer/technician
- Professional experience in Service-Excellence and -Delivery
- Experience in MS 365 and related software
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken English (other language advantages)
- High level of engagement & pro-activeness
- Strong comprehension capabilities & analytical thinking
- Good problem solving and mediation skills
- Willingness to travel 70-90% nationally and neighboring states
- Willingness to participate in regular technical trainings (also in Germany)
- Current Driver’s license
- Residential in UK
