Exciting Opportunity: Service Improvement Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MSK Therapies Administration Team as a Service Improvement Coordinator. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to training, induction, pathways, and process, across the MSK Therapies Administration service.

Whilst primarily based at Conquest Hospital, this is a cross-site role, and the post holder will be expected to travel between EDGH and CQ, with the occasional requirement to travel to some of our other MSK sites across East Sussex.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintenance of the training matrix, administration pathways, and standard operating procedures.
  • Creation, review, and maintenance of all training materials to support the training and development of the administration team.
  • Support the development and growth of the service by exploring opportunities for innovation and improvement to improve patient experience, service delivery, and customer service.
