Position Mission
To deliver high-quality plumbing service that ensures customer satisfaction, system functionality, and safety. As a Service Plumber, you represent our company’s commitment to doing things right the first time—honestly, efficiently, and professionally.
Overview
Superior Water & Air is looking for an experienced and driven Service/Install Plumber to join our team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial plumbing systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
- Perform routine service, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Communicate clearly and honestly with customers regarding plumbing issues and solutions.
- Complete service tickets and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow all local plumbing codes and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
- Stay current with industry practices and technologies through training and education.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of plumbing service experience
- Journeyman license preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Strong troubleshooting skills
