What you would do as our Service and Installation Coordinator

As our Service & Installation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth planning, scheduling, and delivery of service calls and installation projects. Acting as the key link between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will coordinate activities to ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running seamlessly.

You would also:

  • Coordinate and schedule service visits, call-outs, and installation projects to ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Allocate engineers and resources effectively, ensuring they have all required information, parts, RAMS, and documentation to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Monitor job progress, maintain up-to-date engineer schedules, and proactively resolve operational or scheduling issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, confirming appointments, and maintaining excellent service levels.
  • Ensure installations and service work meet quality, safety, and contractual standards, while supporting accurate invoicing and prompt payment.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role, ideally within a service or installation environment.
  • Is highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Has strong customer service and telephone communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Has general office administration and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Is focused on accuracy and attention to detail.
