About the Role
Registered Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams.
We’re searching for an ambitious and motivated Registered Manager to lead one of our residential services in Wembley.

Key Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring: ✔ Leadership of the day-to-day running of the service while maintaining high-quality, person-centred support ✔ Close collaboration with:
- Local authorities
- Healthcare professionals
- Families
- Internal stakeholders ✔ Development and support of your team to achieve positive outcomes for those we assist

To fulfil this role, you’ll also be responsible for:
- Completing supervisions, appraisals, and performance management
- Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new colleagues
- Developing and implementing person-centred support plans
- Conducting care needs assessments
- Managing medication competencies and audits
- Attending multi-disciplinary meetings
- Completing service audits, quality monitoring, and regulatory reports
- Overseeing service budgets and performance metrics
- Building positive relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements
- Participating in the on-call rota as required
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for candidates who bring both the right experience and values to the role.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
You should ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior care management role
- Experience supporting:
- Autistic adults
- People with learning disabilities
- Elderly individuals within care environments
- A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards this)
- Experience with CQC compliance and quality assurance
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proven track record of:
- Developing teams
- Nurturing talent
