About the Role

Voyage Care is seeking a passionate Registered Service Manager to lead a specialist residential service in Willesden, London.

The Service

This home for six adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and physical disabilities offers a family-like atmosphere, promoting individuality, strong relationships, and fulfilling lives.

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Service Manager will:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the residential service
  • Mentor and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Design and implement person-centred support plans
  • Assess needs & risks (care & medication competencies)
  • Manage recruitment, induction, and team performance
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure quality care
  • Oversee budgets & resources efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contracts, and company policies
  • Drive continuous improvement & best practice

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Leadership experience as a Registered Manager or in care leadership
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or commitment to achieving it)
  • Relevant experience: Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or physical disabilities
  • Strong governance & compliance knowledge
  • Leadership skills: Motivate teams, build relationships, and foster a thriving culture
  • Collaborative mindset: Solve problems and champion continuous improvement
