Following the retirement of a highly respected and long-serving leader, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Manager to lead within our Social Work Services.

Role Overview:
- Reporting to: Head of Adult Social Care– Community and Hospital
- Responsibilities:
- Provide both strategic and operational leadership
- Lead Team Managers
- Drive service improvement
- Support workforce development
- Oversee performance and quality
- Work collaboratively with key system partners across the Fylde Coast
Key Requirements:
- Social Work England registered professional
- Passionate about improvement
- Thrives in complex environments
- Brings a positive, can-do approach to leadership and change
