This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our team in Humberside!
Hours
30 hours per week
Monday - Friday: core office hours
Days to be discussed with successful candidate
Salary
This position is part time and you will receive a salary of £51,642 - £58,011 per annum
Location
Humberside Region - travel required across the region

What you'll be doing
As our new Service Manager, you will:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality service delivery across Liaison & Diversion (L&D), Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTR), and Reconnect services Deputises for the Head of Service, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with clinical governance, and alignment with commissioner expectations Lead and support multi-disciplinary teams, providing vision, direction, and development opportunities to ensure person-centred care for service users Responsibilities include managing recruitment, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping, supporting HOS to prepare reports for commissioners and partnership boards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and skills required:
Degree or appropriate equivalent level of experience or clinical qualification. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including providing regular supervision and appraisal support. Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations Experience of line managing staff and managing performance and conduct issues Experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Motivated as an individual and when working in a team
