Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for your next challenge with one of the UK's largest motor retailers? Due to the internal promotion of our long-serving Service Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join the team at Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Slough.
We are offering a £50,000 basic salary with OTE of up to £75,000, alongside an excellent range of company benefits, including a company car.
Mercedes-Benz of Slough is home to a well-established, consistently high-performing aftersales operation. You'll be supported by a highly experienced Service Advisor team and manufacturer-qualified Technicians, providing a strong platform for continued success. This is an opportunity to join a stable, successful team and build on the excellent standards already in place.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar position who can confidently lead an established operation.

- To take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels, exceeding the manufacturer’s national average
- To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and exceptional customer service
- To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards
- To ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times
- To maintain a safe working environment for all colleagues
- To monitor colleague performance and support ongoing development
The successful candidate will have experience within a Service Manager role in the motor trade (minimum 12 months). You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to deliver strong results through improved performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
You will bring strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential.
