Job Description
Are you a dynamic and experienced leader in the automotive industry? Hartwell Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team for an exciting new opportunity in the Oxfordshire area. The group currently represents Ford, BYD, Omoda/Jaecoo, GMW Ora and Chery.
As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive service department Supervise and lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors Maintain high-quality standards for service and repair work Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty Implement efficient workflow processes and optimize resource utilisation Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to achieve departmental goals Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance

Requirements: Proven experience in automotive service management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and technologies Ability to analyse and interpret financial and performance data Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
