Service Manager

The Service Manager will oversee the operational delivery of services within an organisation, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality outcomes. Based in Edinburgh, this role requires a proactive approach to managing teams and resources effectively.

Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of services, ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet organisational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service offerings and address community needs.
  • Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and trustees as required.
