Assistant Aftersales Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a successful and customer-focused dealership operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional looking to take the next step in their career.
As Assistant Aftersales Manager, you will support the Aftersales Manager in the day-to-day running of the Service Department, helping to deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding operational performance. You will play a key role in motivating and developing the team, maximising departmental efficiency, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.
About You
- Have you gained experience within a main dealer environment?
- Are you self-motivated, committed, and results-driven?
- Do you have a strong understanding of automotive aftersales operations?
- Have you successfully led and developed teams, with a proven track record of achieving results?
- Do you have experience managing a team in a customer-facing automotive environment?
