Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality services to our clients in Bristol. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the operational team in day-to-day activities including scheduling, ordering and prioritising workloads
  • Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed on time and in line with contractual obligations
  • Produce accurate monthly reports to demonstrate contract compliance
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Support the Area Manager with staff training, development and performance management
  • Collate staff timesheets and submit for monthly payroll processing
  • Manage minor staff issues and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies

What are we looking for?

  • Strong technical skills in hard FM environment
  • Experience managing a team of engineers
  • Proven experience working to budgets
  • Ability to Pass Security Vetting

  • Previous M&E experience
  • Relevant technical qualifications
  • IOSH certificate
  • SMSTS qualification
