Service Manager
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality services to our clients in Bristol. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the operational team in day-to-day activities including scheduling, ordering and prioritising workloads
- Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed on time and in line with contractual obligations
- Produce accurate monthly reports to demonstrate contract compliance
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Support the Area Manager with staff training, development and performance management
- Collate staff timesheets and submit for monthly payroll processing
- Manage minor staff issues and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
What are we looking for?
- Strong technical skills in hard FM environment
- Experience managing a team of engineers
- Proven experience working to budgets
- Ability to Pass Security Vetting

Desirable Criteria
- Previous M&E experience
- Relevant technical qualifications
- IOSH certificate
- SMSTS qualification
