Service Manager – Adult Social Care

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen following retirement for a Service Manager to join Calderdale’s senior leadership team. This is a strategic time to contribute to our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Primarily focusing on hospital reablement and in-house service provision, the successful candidate will work alongside two existing Service Managers across the Directorate.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about supporting people to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will embody a strong value base, deliver strengths-based practice, advocate for staff development, and champion community-led approaches.
