Vertu BMW Motorrad & Ducati, Sunderland

We are recruiting a Service Manager to join our outstanding team at our Vertu BMW Motorrad & Ducatti dealership in Sunderland. If you have the opportunity to become part of one of the UK’s largest motor retailers, this could be the role for you!

We offer:

  • A basic salary between £40,000 and £50,000

About the Role

As the Service Manager, your core responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and controlling costs while upholding quality standards and outstanding customer service
  • Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data
  • Maintaining manufacturer standards and adhering to Group policies
  • Ensuring a safe working environment at all times
