Vertu BMW Motorrad & Ducati, Sunderland
We are recruiting a Service Manager to join our outstanding team at our Vertu BMW Motorrad & Ducatti dealership in Sunderland. If you have the opportunity to become part of one of the UK’s largest motor retailers, this could be the role for you!
We offer:
- A basic salary between £40,000 and £50,000

About the Role
As the Service Manager, your core responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and controlling costs while upholding quality standards and outstanding customer service
- Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data
- Maintaining manufacturer standards and adhering to Group policies
- Ensuring a safe working environment at all times

Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate:
- A successful track record in a similar role, ideally with franchise experience in the motor industry.
- Proven ability to improve performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Alignment with company values and commitment to career growth.
- A structured, organised, and proactive approach.
