About the Role
Are you passionate about advancing your career within the NHS while improving patient access and supporting clinical and administrative teams? This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team as a Service Manager within the Division of Medicine.
You'll play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations across specialties, ensuring smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and support teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Divisional Senior Management Team (Divisional Director, Director of Operations, Nursing, Quality) in optimising service delivery
- Delegated authority over operational functions, making data-driven decisions
- Work closely with 4 Business Managers, 3 Services Managers, and 5 Team Leaders alongside clinical teams
- Drive continuous improvement by ensuring efficient, patient-centred service delivery
