Based in Hyndburn, you'll work closely with an experienced Area Manager and Regional Director to lead the delivery of outstanding care and support services for working-age adults with complex needs, including: Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behaviours that challenge.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated leader who is committed to delivering person-centred support, achieving positive outcomes, and empowering both the people we support and the teams who support them.

In This Role, You Will

  • Leading and developing a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
  • Ensuring the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
  • Driving a positive team culture through coaching, training, and ongoing development.
  • Working closely with senior leadership and external professionals to continuously improve service quality.
  • You’ll lead with purpose, inspire your teams, and deliver the highest standards of care while shaping the future of services.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it)
  • Strong experience in operational and people management
  • A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
  • A genuine passion for quality care — and the ability to lead by example
