Supported Living

Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 per annum

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Our client, a reputable provider of supported living services, is hiring for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee a 8-bed supported living service in North Tyneside. This role is perfect for someone dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and mobility challenges to live as independently as possible in a safe, caring environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the supported living service
  • Supporting and supervising staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and independence of the people supported
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, and external agencies
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and team development

Essential Skills And Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Current valid UK driving licence (if applicable)
  • Experience in managing complex needs and mobility issues is desirable
