Service Manager

Supported Living | Learning Disabilities & Autism

Location: Leicester (LE3 & LE4) – overseeing four established Supported Living services

Salary: £32,250 – £38,500 per annum plus annual Service Manager Bonus Scheme

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Service Manager who is genuinely passionate about improving the lives of the people we support, while creating a positive, supportive and empowering environment for their team.

This role would particularly suit a candidate with experience in learning disabilities or mental health settings. We welcome applications from experienced Team Leaders or Deputy Managers who are ready to progress into a Service Manager role, as well as established Service Managers seeking their next opportunity.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated Area Manager and Regional Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for working-age adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism (ASD), physical disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
