At Muve Healthcare, we're looking for a dedicated and motivated Registered Manager to lead one of our services, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of the service. You'll inspire your team to deliver safe, high-quality care while driving continuous improvement and maintaining full CQC compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing care team.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
- Promote a culture of person-centred, safe, and compassionate care.
- Manage service budgets and financial performance effectively.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional staff.
- Drive quality assurance, audits, and continuous service improvement.
- Lead on safeguarding, risk management, and incident management.
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
About You
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Experience managing budgets and improving service performance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes.
