Service Manager

Service Manager Hyundai Stockport | £38,000 + OTE £54,000 (Uncapped Overtime Bonus)

About the Role

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary: Base of £38,000 with a total potential earning of £54,000 (including OTE), with an uncapped bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Oversees and motivates a highly skilled team of technicians and advisors.
    • Ensures seamless operational excellence and compliance with department targets.
  • Customer & Brand Relations:

    • Communicates professionally with customers about repairs, maintenance, and additional services.
    • Cultivates strong relationships with brand representatives to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Performance & Innovation:

    • Tracks KPIs and implements continuous improvements to stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Drives innovation and efficiency in service delivery.

Role Requirements

🔹 Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience within an automotive service department.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in automotive technologies and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

🔹 Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of multiple automobile brands and their service requirements.
