The Role

As The Service Manager, You’ll

  • Manage the delivery of reactive and programmed maintenance, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance on site, ensuring all regulations are adhered to.
  • Provide technical support and advice to stakeholders and manage inspection reports.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
  • Act as the main point of contact for resolving end-user issues and complaints.

You

To be successful in the role of Service Manager, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in hard FM maintenance management, preferably with a reactive and planned maintenance background.
  • Strong people management skills and experience managing KPIs.
  • Knowledge of IOSH and compliance standards.
  • Technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (advantageous but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to obtain SC Clearance.
