What the Role Involves
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
- Oversee workflow planning, reprioritise tasks to meet customer expectations, and exceed company targets.
- Manage service department teams, handle customer interactions, process reports, and oversee repairs.
- Develop and manage employee training programs, ensuring competent performance across all roles.

Requirements for the Role
Work Experience
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business results.
- Strong relationship-building skills with new and existing customers.
- Negotiation experience (preferable in commercial settings).
- IT literacy required.

- Ability to work effectively across diverse, multi-discipline teams.
- Exceptional customer service in a service-based industry.
- Industry experience in municipal markets (desirable).
