SERVICE MANAGER – St Albans

Glyn Hopkin are delighted to present the following Service Manager vacancy which will be based at our St Albans site. The hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm - Monday to Friday.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate

  • Good Management and IT skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisation skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Team player, able to communicate with work colleagues on all levels

Main duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Variety of Site, Management and administration tasks
  • Friendly customer facing appearance when greeting customers
  • Liaise with Foreman, Technicians and Sales Manager
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
