Service Manager - Supported Living

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Supported Living division across Cheshire East and Cheshire West, with responsibility for the operational management and leadership of six services.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management and Leadership: Oversee and manage six services.
  • Travel Requirement: Regular travel between services across Cheshire East and Cheshire West is essential.

Requirements

  • Transport: Access to your own transport is mandatory.
  • Qualifications: Level 4 (or equivalent) Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it within an agreed timeframe).
  • Experience: Previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.

  • Salary: £37,854.47 per annum
  • Hours: 39 weekly
