About the Role: Service Manager

Based in Rugby, UK, the Service Manager will lead operations, drive commercial success, and champion performance—ensuring high-quality service delivery for customers.

Core Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Customer Relations

  • Drive financial performance by managing revenue growth, margins, and cash flow through precise forecasting.
  • Oversee service portfolios to deliver safe, reliable, and high-value outcomes for every customer.
  • Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders—balancing internal collaboration with customer expectations.

Education

  • A University Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is nice to have, but your experience and impact will define the role.
