Service Network Administrator

Service Network Administrator – Kilsyth (BAM Site Solutions)

About the Role

BAM Site Solutions are seeking a Service Network Administrator to be based in Kilsyth. This role is pivotal in ensuring service records, customer communications, and operational data are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Supporting the Service Network Coordinator and field teams, this position covers:

  • Administrative oversight of service activities and documentation
  • Compliance record management
  • Customer updates
  • Contribution to smooth, mobile network operations

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Process service requests, work orders, invoices, and documentation using company systems
  • Manually input and track orders via the Rental Results system
  • Manage and maintain customer records, asset information, and SharePoint documentation
  • Generate and process purchase orders, sales orders, damage reports, and timesheets

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Respond to customer enquiries and facilitate service updates and appointments
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other depots to resolve queries and coordinate activities
  • Support engineer coordination, escalation protocols, and supply-side logistical planning

Data Management & Compliance

  • Maintain training, competency, and compliance records to support statutory audits
  • Generate service reports, track KPI data, and assist in reporting and analysis
  • Ensure accurate diary management, scheduling, and demand-driven administration during peak periods

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date service records and data integrity
  • Provide high-standard customer service while optimizing Service Network function

Technical & Experience Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and office IT systems
  • Experience with Rental Results and SharePoint (a plus)
  • Previous administrative/business support role (ideally within hire, construction, or logistics)
  • Experience with purchase order systems (Purchase Ledger knowledge advantageous)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work across multiple depots/teams
  • Strong customer service orientation with a teambased approach
