Job Description

Proven experience (3+ years) as a ServiceNow Developer

  • Hands-on platform development across multiple modules and AI tools.

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting:

  • JavaScript
  • Glide API
  • Business rules
  • Client scripts
  • UI actions
  • Script includes
  • Flow designer

Experience configuring and developing within ITSM modules:

  • ITIL v3/v4 processes and how they map to ServiceNow workflows
