[Remote] Overseas Business Partner - Air Logistics
OPTEC EXPRESS (HK) LIMITED is seeking a long-term Overseas Business Support Partner to collaborate across time zones and enhance our global air logistics services.

Responsibilities
Your primary role involves supporting overseas operational efficiency through:

Operational Support
- Provide frontline assistance for international air logistics and freight forwarding operations

Client Communication
- Handle and respond professionally to customer emails in a timely manner

Order Management
- Organise and update order information across systems for accuracy
- Ensure reports are kept current for tracking and analytics

Cross-Team Coordination
- Facilitate cross-team communication between departments (local teams, HQ, clients)
- Relay critical information effectively to maintain seamless workflows

- Business Process Support
- Coordinate global process execution through progress tracking
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and operational deadlines
Working Arrangement
- Time Zone: Must cover 13:00–06:00 (China Standard Time – CST) daily (Filtered to support shifts overlapping European daylight hours)
- Commitment: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day per engagement
- Expected to maintain long-term stability (focus on sustained communication and project delivery)
- Note: Long-term partners will have priority in expansion initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in international logistics or freight forwarding, preferably with air cargo exposure
- Experience supporting end-to-end business processes, especially in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with systems update protocols, customer relationship management (CRM), and tracking software
Language & Compliance
- Mandarin for handling China-based operations (written/speaking)
- Mode of work: English or Chinese (Bilingual manifests a competitive advantage)
- Speaking Japanese is highly advantageous for Sino-Japanese business
Technical & Resource Conditions
- Stable remote work setup: Reliable local internet, dedicated hardware/software, and equipment
- Advance regulatory adaption:
- Legible residency status in your jurisdiction (non-visa-troubled)
- Ability to manage local business taxes independently
- Ability to work independently as a non-employment-based contractor
