Production Equipment Maintenance Operator | Eisai Manufacturing

Eisai Manufacturing serves as the core hub for Eisai’s production and supply chain, covering:
- Manufacturing of tablets
- Blister packaging
- Labeling and vial/bottle packaging
- Management of the broader medicines supply chain
- Collaborating with third-party providers for key manufacturing processes

The Role: Key Responsibilities
join Eisai Manufacturing and play a vital role in keeping our production lines operational, efficient, and fully compliant.
This position operates a double shift (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00) and is responsible for:

Equipment and Area Maintenance:
- Dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling production equipment and workspaces
- Conducting thorough facility cleaning, including disinfecting sinks and drains

Equipment Preparation & Validation:
- Setting up and verifying production equipment for functionality and calibration
- Operating automated systems in accordance with validated process parameters

Production Support:
- Supporting packaging operations as required
- Ensuring adherence to on-time production schedules

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Performing in-process testing, sampling, inspections, and yield calculations
- Completing accurate batch records and production documentation
- Maintaining strict compliance with:
- Eisai Corporate Standards
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
- Quality System protocols
- Recording and analysing performance metrics (e.g., equipment uptime, schedule adherence)

Who You Are
We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-conscious Production Equipment Maintenance Operator with a strong commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ideally, you possess:
Key Requirements:
- Workplace Experience:
- Proven experience (preferred) in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments
- Technical Knowledge:
- A strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and Quality System standards
- Hands-on experience with calibration, testing, and yield calculation processes
- Attention to Detail:
- Demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies and ensure strict product quality standards
- Mental Outlook:
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Safety-first approach and commitment to reporting incidents and risks
- Soft Skills:
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)
- Alignment with Values:
