Field Executive / Service Promotions Executive (Swansea & Wales Coverage)
SpaMedica is seeking a proactive and outgoing Field Executive / Service Promotions Executive to join their team. The role will be based in Swansea with full Wales coverage. Ideal for individuals passionate about cold calling, relatable sales engagement, and making a tangible impact in NHS ophthalmology services.
About the Role
You’ll be a key ambassador for our portable ophthalmology service, engaging directly with referrers, healthcare professionals, and target markets to promote our solutions, coordinate events, and drive high-quality patient referrals. Competitive Base Salary – Starting at £35,381 per annum, with 6-month performance review and future annual increases.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a crucial role in fostering referrals and expanding our ophthalmic services while representing SpaMedica professionally:
- Cold calling & external relationship management with existing & potential healthcare referrers
- Route planning & travel management across Wales, prioritising challenges and cross-regional growth
- Promoting service benefits, developments, and patient pathways to referrers and optics professionals
- Keeping our internal system updated with visit logs, meeting outcomes, referrer details, and event feedback
- Acting as a first point of contact, resolving queries, and handling issues within complaint protocols
- Attending events, open evenings, and conferences, coordinating participation from referrers and coordinating logistics
- Analysing market potential to identify optimal expansion opportunities in target areas
- Achieving monthly KPI milestones tied to referral rates, event attendance, and service engagement with healthcare providers
