Service Quality Specialist

Stratstone

Porsche Centre - Sutton Coldfield

About the Role

As Service Quality Specialist, you’ll be joining the Porsche Sutton Coldfield team, that reports directly to the Service Leader. You’ll be accountable for ensuring the entire aftersales department deliver the highest standards of work and customer satisfaction, by ensuring technical repairs, warranty and productivity are to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support & guidance to Technician and Service advisors
  • Ensure the workshop process are in line with Porsche Service Process
  • Manage technical repair progression by usage of systems and process
  • Be in control of PCSS coding & documentation quality standards
  • Manage and maintain PCGB warranty standards
  • Coach and develop Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors in the latest Porsche Systems
  • Be responsible for warranty invoicing, warranty claims and payment reconciliation

  • Strong attention to detail when carrying out quality checks
  • Strong technical knowledge and must be process driven
  • Enthusiastic to learn & develop with new systems and technology
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your aftersales team
