What is the role responsible for?
The Service Management Administrator is responsible for the production of service reporting packs and performing data analysis as defined within the contract and associated schedules. The role supports the demonstration of service performance to key customer and Gamma stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with contractual obligations. Additionally, the individual will carry out a range of administrative tasks as required to support the wider service management function.
Gamma holds a strong foundation in ITIL best practice, so an understanding knowledge of ITIL is beneficial.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with:
- Achieve and exceed KPI targets while delivering reporting aligned to contractual SLAs.
- Produce clear, engaging performance reports demonstrating service outcomes.
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for service improvement.
- Investigate SLA breaches, identify root causes, and support CSI initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Recommend and implement improvements across systems, processes, and reporting (including use of AI tools).
- Maintain accurate documentation and data across CRM and internal systems.
- Represent the Gamma brand professionally, promoting high customer service standards and engaging in ongoing training.

What You’ll Bring
You don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and producing management information (MI).
- Proven experience working with SLAs/KPIs and delivering performance reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce) and network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds) is advantageous.
- Experience within data, telecoms, or related technical environments preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
