Sales Executive – Engineering Services
Are you an experienced Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, achieving KPIs and maximising revenue opportunities? We are looking for a talented individual with strong customer service skills, who can confidently target both business renewals and new business—leveraging a consultative approach to promote our Engineering services to dental customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy—with the flexibility to design your own workday and bring fresh ideas to the team, ensuring you can make the role entirely your own.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Sales Strategy
- Conduct outbound campaigns and sales calls, targeting both existing customers (using our extensive database) and new business prospects.
- Develop and grow new business relationships, ensuring seamless engagement with both current and prospective dental clients.

CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate, up-to-date information, ensuring consistency and reliability.

Product & Service Knowledge
- Develop deep proficiency in our products and services, delivering expert consultations to customers.

Account Management & Performance
- Take full ownership of customer accounts, managing their development, performance, and retention.
- Drive and exceed individual and company sales targets, seizing every available revenue opportunity.

- Attend and engage fully in training sessions and promotional vendor days to enhance sales skills and market understanding.
