Service Sales Representative in the United Kingdom
Candidate residing in the Sales region: London – Birmingham – Manchester
The Service Sales Representative is responsible for advising and supporting existing customers, and for the proactive acquisition of new customers and promotion of the range of APROVIS - Services to ensure sustainable business growth.
The aim is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and realise revenue potential through maintenance contracts, spare parts, retrofits or service offerings.

- Exhaust Gas Heat Exchangers
- Heat Recovery Steam Generators
- SCR-Catalytic Converters

Tasks:
- Advising existing customers and actively acquiring new customers and marketing the APROVIS service portfolio to drive sustainable business growth
- Managing and developing customer relationships (Cross-Selling, Upselling-Potentials)
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Close collaboration with the internal after-sales and service departments
Profil:
- Several years of experience in after-sales, customer service, or technical sales in the field of CHP-business
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented and structured approach to work
- Willingness to travel extensively
