Service Sales Representative in the United Kingdom

Candidate residing in the Sales region: London – Birmingham – Manchester

The Service Sales Representative is responsible for advising and supporting existing customers, and for the proactive acquisition of new customers and promotion of the range of APROVIS - Services to ensure sustainable business growth.

The aim is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and realise revenue potential through maintenance contracts, spare parts, retrofits or service offerings.

Products:

  • Gas Cooling Systems (FriCon)
  • Exhaust Gas Heat Exchangers
  • Heat Recovery Steam Generators
  • SCR-Catalytic Converters

Tasks:

  • Advising existing customers and actively acquiring new customers and marketing the APROVIS service portfolio to drive sustainable business growth
  • Managing and developing customer relationships (Cross-Selling, Upselling-Potentials)
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
  • Close collaboration with the internal after-sales and service departments

Profil:

  • Several years of experience in after-sales, customer service, or technical sales in the field of CHP-business
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Solution-oriented and structured approach to work
  • Willingness to travel extensively
