Job Summary
As Service & Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for the management of all inventory held within the UK Service sites and the safe and efficient running of the Ingersoll Rand UK.
Responsibilities
- Creation of remedial quotations following service engineer visits
- To pursue the generated quotations and endeavour to obtain Orders
- To accurately process and administer any received Order in a timely manner
- To assist departmental colleagues with parts enquiries or in any other way that, is necessary to support the business
- To identify and process all warranty claims in a quick and efficient manner
- Monitor both oil sample and desiccant sample reports for failures and ensure remedial actions are taken
- Creation of supplier PO’s
- Supporting collection of EHS data
- To conduct verbal and written communications with both Internal and external customers, and others as necessary, to support the business.
- To perform such other duties either functional or administrative as delegated by management, that are deemed both fair and reasonable, that may from time to time be required

Basic Qualifications
- Microsoft package and e-mail essential, Siebel knowledge advantageous
- Working knowledge of Oracle
- Must possess good written and numeric skills
- Commercial acumen essential
- Full driving licence
