About the Role
Under general supervision, this role focuses on delivering excellent customer relations at the worksite, ensuring seamless operations and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotes strong customer relations at the well site.
- Plans and performs necessary job calculations as required.
- Coordinates service operator activities during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and job preparations.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with work delivered.
- Manages materials inventory when acting as Halliburton’s sole service provider on site.
- Conducts data collection and distribution for job sites when needed.
- Utilises competency processes to develop skills and improve job performance.
- Ensures field paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Contributes indirectly to cost containment, efficiency, and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Coiled Tubing (CT) Services, including hands-on experience with CT tools and job applications.
- In-depth knowledge of CT tools and operational experience within related service functions.
- Strong understanding of Halliburton’s HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines for CT personnel.
- Knowledge of competency-based training (Halliburton’s Career Development framework).
- Offshore Medical certificate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of an Offshore Survival & Emergency Training certificate.

Duties Include
- Promoting safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
