Planner – Service Level Agreement (SLA) Customer Success (Celtic Lakes, Newport)

Job Description
Role Title & Location
We seek a Planner to join our Service Supply Chain organization, based at KLA’s new 237,000-sq-ft facility in Celtic Lakes, Newport. The facility includes:
- 25,000 sq ft of R&D clean rooms
- 35,000 sq ft of advanced manufacturing space
- Tool demo areas supporting semiconductor process technologies for:
- Advanced packaging
- Power devices
- MEMS
- RF and photonics

Key Responsibilities
Drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement of Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance by:
- Analyzing SLA adherence to track performance
- Defining KPIs for SLA success, customer satisfaction, and billable efficiency
- Collaborating with corporate and cross-functional teams to align processes
- Designing and managing external and internal reporting tools/dashboards
- Translating performance gaps into structured execution and improvement plans for billable divisions
- Delivering data-driven insights, recommendations, and improvement leadership
Daily Tasks:
- Lead the SLA Customer Success platform for efficient service supply chain operations
- Identify root causes of service orders failing SLAs
- Ensure consistent SLA definitions, governance, and reporting across KLA’s organizations
- Partner with global cross-functional teams to align processes and execution flows
- Define and maintain KPI dashboards for performance tracking
- Present data insights to management and leadership for decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis, supply chain analytics, service operations, or performance management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- High proficiency in Excel
- Bilingual (English)—strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Global mindset—comfortable engaging in cross-cultural, cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders
