Job Description
Salary £46,142-£51,356 per annum | Fixed Term until 31/03/2027 (with potential to become a permanent post) | Full Time, 37 hours per week
About The Role
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced Senior Manager to work in a highly technical professional role in our Facilities Management service. The role of FM Service Support Manager key responsibility is for financial management of project budgets, Hard and Soft FM trading performance, and providing financial and corporate support to the FM service. Sound understanding and experience of management accounting principles is needed along with excellent knowledge and practical involvement with budget monitoring and forecasting using Oracle Fusion, and Procurement systems.
The role is also actively involved with service support areas that include procurement projects, systems and data analysis, service dashboards and KPIs report production, production and submission of tender bids. This is a key role in the service providing professional judgement and clear strategic support for the FM Senior Management team.

Our ideal person will have:
- A professional qualification or equivalent to provide direction to their team and to act as a technical reference to deal with complex escalated issues.
- Experience of co-ordinating and integrating the work of their team, including dealing with multiple priorities.
- A strong understanding of management accounting principles and be fully conversant with budget monitoring and forecasting.
- Experience of a high level of independent working using professional judgement and advanced financial management and people leadership skills.
