Service Support Manager for Ophthalmology
We are looking for a Service Support Manager for Ophthalmology.
This role will work as part of the Service Delivery teams, working autonomously with minimum levels of daily supervision.
The post holder will be the support to the Service Delivery Manager, Service Manager and Senior Nurse Managers across a range of strategic, operational and managerial activities including the Delivery of Tier 1 targets, RTT targets, key financial, performance targets and objectives, service improvement, modernisation and performance delivery.
The post holder will have responsibility for operational support and delivery of key targets for specific clinical areas and improvement plans relating to Scheduled Care.
Role
The Service Support Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to Scheduled Care service delivery teams. This role will specifically focus on:
- The efficient coordination and management of Clinics;
- Validation of outpatient waiting lists and follow-up patients;
- General administrative support of day to day service operations.
