Role Overview

Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career; with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

Location

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks

  • We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems.
  • With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Role Description

What will you be doing?

You'll play a key role in keeping our sites running smoothly by coordinating and managing all aspects of supplier and contractor access. You’ll arrange and verify site access, ensuring every visit fully complies with customer-approved procedures and security standards. You’ll also work closely with external stakeholders - including landlords - to secure and validate permits to work so everything is in place before anyone steps on site.

You'll validate that everyone requesting access holds the correct security clearances, and you’ll raise, update, and close access tickets across internal systems, customer platforms, and approved third-party tools. Precision matters, so you’ll maintain accurate, high-quality records within agreed SLAs.

You’ll coordinate with field engineers and logistics partners to confirm attendance, track departures, and ensure maintenance activities are supported and ready to go. And when something can’t be resolved or a stakeholder challenge gets in the way, you’ll escalate swiftly to second-line teams to keep operations moving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
