Job title: Service Technician
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation
Location: Field Based, Co. Antrim
Salary: £30,000 per annum, paid monthly
At Culligan, we believe that cleaner, healthier water contributes to improving lives globally. Our Water Cooler Field Technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service through the delivery, installation, servicing, and maintenance of our water coolers and filtration systems.
Based in Antrim this field-based role will support the delivery of Culligan Ireland's service activities, including site surveys, installations, exchanges, collections, and routine or reactive maintenance. Technicians are vital to maintaining high customer satisfaction and representing the Culligan brand in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and meeting customer needs
- Carry out on-site site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges, and collections
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions
- Adhere to a structured, efficient daily schedule while maintaining flexibility for reactive work
- Manage van stock, tools, and inventory levels to complete daily tasks
- Record service visits accurately using digital tools (tablet provided)
- Provide a professional and courteous service experience for every customer
Requirements
- Full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences)
- Minimum of 3 years' driving experience
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues
- Sound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
